1.1 General, storage of data
We or our ISP (Internet Service Provider) automatically save information in log files that your browser transfers when accessing the page. These are in particular:

2.1 The EEDIN temporarily stores incoming e-mails on the server of the ISP and, in the long term, in a revision-proof e-mail archive. If your e-mail contains personal data, these will also be stored.
2.2 Data will be processed in good faith, integrity and confidentiality will be the highest standards.
2.3 The check for accuracy is conscientious.
2.4 The storage takes place only as long as the purpose or a legal requirement require.
2.5 Upon request, each affected person will receive information about the personal data and their origin as well as the purpose of the storage within one week. If the data is faulty, the person concerned can request an immediate correction.
2.6 Each person concerned may revoke their consent to the storage of personal data at any time. Personal data will be deleted at the request of the data subject without delay, and in any case within one month after receipt of the application, unless a statutory provision requires a longer storage.
